On October 9, 2020, the New Boston Police Department in New Boston, Texas received a frantic 911 call at approximately 10:18 am. It was a woman’s voice screaming, “Someone killed my baby!” When the officers arrived at 200 Austin Street, they were met with a hysterical & inconsolable Jessica Brooks who was the mother of Reagan Hancock.

Reagan Michelle Simmons Hancock was born on November 14, 1998 to parents Jessica & Marcus Brooks in Hope, Arkansas. She was described as a beautiful soul & a joy to all that knew her. Reagan was a member of the J-C Cowboy Church & worked as a customer service representative with Flyer Burger in Texarkana, Texas.
In 2019, Reagan married her husband, Homer Hancock & the couple welcomed their first daughter Kynlee. At the time of this story, Kynlee was three & Reagan was 34 weeks pregnant with their second daughter which they’d named Braxlynn Sage. She was one month from her November 10, 2020 due date.

On the morning of October 9, 2020, Jessica, who was extremely close with her daughter, received a phone call from Homer, who said he was concerned since he’d been unable to reach Reagan that morning. He’d also gotten a text from a neighbor who’d found their family dog wandering around outside. When the neighbor wen to their house, he found the garage door open, but no one answered the door. Jessica assured Homer that she would head over to their house to check on her. On her way, Jessica stopped off at Kynlee’s daycare & was alarmed when she was told that Kynlee wasn’t there.
As Jessica made her way to her daughter’s house, she was filled with concern & dread & considered calling the police as she drove. Instead, she called her husband, Marcus, who told her to just go over to Reagan’s house & see if her car was there. When Jessica pulled up to the Hancock home, she noted that not only was Reagan’s car there, but the garage door was left open which was never the case.

As Jessica pulled up & got out of her car, she was shocked to see streaks of blood on the driveway. She tried to convince herself that one of their rambunctious dogs had just cut their paws. As she walked up the driveway, toward the garage, she continued to see more spots of blood. As she approached the door to the house, she saw there was also blood on the doorknob. When she cracked open the door, filled with fear, she opened the door only wide enough to see a bloody shoe print on the kitchen floor.
Initially, Jessica couldn’t bear to enter the home & backed out into the garage. She told herself, “If my baby’s in there & she’s hurt, I’ve gotta get to her.” When she mustered up the courage to go inside, she saw, in horror, that Reagan lay on the floor, face down, with an arm over her head, her blond hair stained red from blood. The house, which was normally in perfect order, was found in disarray. It was clear to Jessica that her daughter was gone, but unable to accept it, she shouted Reagan’s name over & over. The house was eerily quiet & Jessica called 911 as she fell to her knees in grief.
As she waited for officers to respond, her husband & Reagan’s dad, Marcus arrived with his best friend, Chris Hughes. Jessica begged Marcus not to go inside, not wanting him to see his beloved daughter in that state. Regardless, he rushed into the home & as he walked back out, his hand covered his mouth & he could only repeat, “Why? Why?” Marcus collapsed in the driveway & began having chest pains. As they stayed on the driveway, it suddenly occurred to Marcus to wonder where Kynlee was, but they couldn’t bring themselves to go back into the house, terrified of what they might find if they did.
Chris walked around the house, peering into the windows after he found the front door locked. As he was around back, they could hear his shouts, “She’s in there! She’s in there!”
Marcus called into the house, unable to bring himself to re-enter & he could hear the faint voice of his three-year-old granddaughter. Because he could not stand the idea of crossing the living room & stepping over his daughter’s lifeless body, Chris entered the house in search of Kynlee.
As Chris made his way around pools of blood, he called out for Kynlee until he found her in a back bedroom. Kynlee was hiding under a blanket, cowering in fear. As she saw Chris’ familiar face, she jumped from the bed & ran into his arms. As he took her from the house, he covered Kynlee’s face with a blanket so she wouldn’t see her mother’s body.
Soon after, Homer arrived & Marcus & Jessica convinced him not to enter the house & just wait for the police. Body cam footage showed the moment that police entered the home & found a white female lying face down in a pool of blood on the living room floor. The walls, appliances & furniture were streaked with blood. They found a child’s bathing suit, soaked in blood on the living room floor, likely used to wipe something off. A used diaper was found in a pool of blood, next to the couch. Marc Sullivan, the Texarkana Texas Police Department crime scene investigator, later said that he didn’t think it had been placed there until after the murder.
The couch had a huge blood stain on the corner as well as a clumping of Reagan’s hair & police assumed she had been against the couch at some point. A blanket was also on the floor, covered in blood & bodily fluids. They found a four-pound jar from the Hancock’s wedding that they’d filled with sand, on the floor, covered in blood. There was another jar from the wedding, found on the dining room floor, smeared with blood. Blood streaks & spatter were on the walls & the front door. Extensive defensive wounds were found on Reagan’s body & one of her fingers had nearly been severed while the other had been dislocated. Fingerprints were found at the scene as well as shoe prints that didn’t belong to Reagan. There was a fracture to Reagan’s skull that appeared to be caused from the jar of sand found on the floor.
Watery bloodstains were found in the kitchen & bathroom that led investigators to believe that the killer had tried to wash up.
When EMS arrived, they rolled Reagan’s body over & discovered a massive slash wound to her abdomen; she had been cut from hip to hip & her uterus had been sliced open & removed. Reagan wasn’t the only victim in this case, but also her unborn baby girl, Braxlynn. To their shock & horror, they found that Braxlynn was gone.

An autopsy later found a scalpel lodged in the back of Reagan’s neck, extensive cuts, scrapes & bruises as well as blunt force trauma to her head. There were 100 stab & slash wounds on Reagan’s body, including 39 on her scalp alone. Her neck had several slashes as well & the medical examiner couldn’t rule out the possibility of ligature strangulation. Her nose was broken & her skull had been fractured in five places from five separate blows to the head, likely from the flat end of a claw hammer & the wedding jar.
In the meantime, about fifteen minutes away, a state trooper in DeKalb had pulled a Toyota Corolla over at 9:37 am after they noticed the car speeding & driving erratically. When the officer approached the car, he found a woman in the driver’s seat with an infant in her lap. He saw that the umbilical cord was still attached to the baby & it appeared to come from the woman’s pants. The driver, 27-year-old Taylor Rene Parker, was in the car, performing CPR on the infant. EMS had Taylor & the baby transferred to Idabel, Oklahoma.

After the ambulance left, the officer searched Taylor’s car & found a blood-stained blanket & pillow on the passenger seat as well as a blood-stained diaper bag. The bag contained newborn baby clothes, some with tags still attached, diapers & baby blankets.
Meanwhile, as the ambulance made its way to the hospital, EMT Kelly Gerald tended to Taylor & the baby. He found that Taylor’s vitals were normal & he saw no evidence of hemorrhaging. He empathized with the woman who was dealing with the trauma of potentially losing a baby because he too had experienced that loss.
Taylor told EMT Elton Crossland that she had been driving down the road when her water broke & the baby “just came out.” Elton was doubting her story, noting that the blood & fluids that were found on the infant had begun to dry & it didn’t appear that the baby had been born as recently as Taylor claimed. He felt it was obvious that the baby had not been born inside that car.
When paramedics had arrived on scene, the infant didn’t have a heartbeat; while enroute to the hospital, she had been given epinephrine & intubated while CPR continued until a heartbeat was restored.
When Idabel Police Department detective Johnny Voss arrived at the hospital, he spoke with the nurse that was caring for the infant, who at this time, was clinging to life. The doctors determined that despite the severity of her condition, the baby could not survive transferring to another hospital for a higher level of care. Tragically, the baby was pronounced dead later that day, the nurse holding vigil at the baby’s side so she didn’t die alone.
Hospital staff informed the police that Taylor had not given birth. When Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Chad Dansby arrived to interview Taylor, she admitted that she had gotten into a physical altercation with Reagan & had abducted the baby.
Police later found that Reagan knew Taylor because she had hired her to take her engagement photos. The two had little contact until Reagan announced her pregnancy & contemplated contacting Taylor to do a pregnancy photo shoot. Taylor eventually told Reagan that she was unable to hold a photoshoot since she had been dealing with medical issues. Despite this, Taylor & Reagan did get together on October 7, two days before Reagan was brutally murdered. Jessica had been surprised to hear this, since her daughter didn’t normally hang out with Taylor.
Following the deaths of both her daughter & granddaughter, Jessica posted to Facebook, “Our beautiful daughter Reagan Hancock & her precious unborn baby girl Braxlynn were murdered yesterday by Satan in the flesh. Our family, friends & community are rocked to the core! Our Reagan was one of the most precious people you would ever meet.”
Police soon found that Taylor had been spinning an elaborate web of lies that had gotten so tangled she didn’t know fact from fiction. Little did Reagan know that as her life was filled with excitement & anticipation of welcoming their baby girl into the world, Taylor had been faking a pregnancy. Taylor’s mother, Shonna Prior was aware of her daughter’s manipulative ways since she had been a child. While Taylor attended elementary school in Mount Pleasant, she was very active in sports & had been a typical student who earned good grades. When third grade began, her mom noticed that Taylor was frequently complaining of stomach issues.
Shonna later found that Taylor’s stomach was in knots related to the stress of issues with her teacher. By the time fourth grade started, Taylor’s problems seemed to resolve. When she was twelve, her parents divorced & Taylor’s father Morton tried to maintain custody. When he would come to get the kids, he & Shonna would fight & he often used them as pawns during the divorce. Taylor spent much of her time with her dad, who tended to put himself before his kids, while her brother, Zachery, often stayed with their mother. When Morton eventually moved into his mother’s house, Taylor went with him.

While Taylor lived with her grandmother, Peggy, Shonna noted that Taylor began to quickly gain weight; Peggy had been a heavyset person who used food as comfort & tried to comfort Taylor in the same way. By age 14, Taylor had reached 250# as she entered high school. When she was 17, Taylor got pregnant & dropped out before she gave birth to a baby girl. She had little to no relationship with the baby’s father.
In 2014, Taylor’s aunt took her to Tijuana for gastric bypass surgery & at the time, her weight had reach about 300#. That same year, she married Tommy Wacasy & they had a son. After her son was born in 2014, Taylor opted to have a tubal ligation.
In August of 2015, she had been having pelvic pains & during surgery, the doctor made the decision that Taylor needed a hysterectomy due to damage from endometriosis. Shonna & Tommy needed to make the decision since Taylor was under anesthesia; Tommy was hesitant, fearing that Taylor would be upset but Shonna stood firm that they should do what the doctor recommended. At the time, Shonna was completely unaware that Taylor had undergone a tubal ligation & felt that Taylor did express some anger about the hysterectomy, likely because she wanted more children.
In a random text message that Taylor sent her mom, she asked for her uterus & Shonna responded, “WTF, why! Do you think it’s detachable?!” Taylor responded, “Yes, it’s detachable. Cut here, snip there! Same thing ya’ll did to mine!”
Around Thanksgiving 2015, Taylor told Shonna that she woke up at 4 am with a headache & saw stars. During church, Taylor’s grandma felt that Taylor’s face didn’t look right since one eye was drooping. As the day went on, Taylor went to the ER & doctors found no sign of a stroke & diagnosed her with complicated migraines. Shonna later said that Taylor had vision issues & issues walking & talking. Taylor underwent treatment with various neurologists & multiple sclerosis was discussed as a potential diagnosis.
In May of 2016, Taylor met a woman named Caitlyn Glass, who had recently been diagnosed with MS. She, Taylor & another woman with MS formed a support group & got matching Celtic tattoos as a symbol for new beginnings. At the time, Caitlyn never had reason to believe that her friend was lying about her MS diagnosis. As time went on, she did start to notice concerning patterns; she would get admitted to the hospital because of an MS flare, Taylor would come visit her in the hospital & then be admitted to the hospital herself for a supposed MS flare. The doctor that Taylor was seeing didn’t believe she had MS & maintained that any issues were from migraines, so Taylor stopped seeing him.
As time went on, Caitlyn continued to notice inconsistencies in the stories that Taylor told her. When Caitlyn joined a Jeep club & Taylor quickly followed suit, their friendship began to crumble. Taylor & Tommy were not in the financial position to afford a Jeep, but Tommy wanted to keep his wife happy so she purchased one. Caitlyn felt that Taylor was extremely superficial & began to notice her flirting with other men at the Jeep club & at one outing, she actually cheated on Tommy, spending the night in the tent of another man. When Caitlyn called Taylor out, she claimed that Tommy was abusive, but Caitlyn believed that Taylor was inflicting the bruises herself.
More & more lies came to the surface about Taylor’s past & even after their friendship ended, Taylor continued to mirror events of her life based on Caitlyn’s past. Caitlyn had gotten into a car accident & suffered muscle damage to her arm, a story that Taylor claimed as her own. On social media, she offhandedly presented herself as a medical school student. The one truth Taylor had told Caitlyn was that she’d had a hysterectomy so when Taylor later announced that she was pregnant, it was clearly another lie.
In July 2019, Taylor met Wade Griffin, a 27-year-old roofing supervisor, at a local rodeo. Wade was quickly taken by Taylor’s beauty & soon, she met his mom, Connie. Taylor quickly began to weasel her way into the family, bringing casseroles to Connie’s, who she knew worked long hours. Connie was pleased with what she saw & felt that Taylor would be good for Wade.
Taylor presented as the perfect girlfriend; Wade would text from work & say he had a taste for something, when he arrived home, Taylor would have that meal ready to eat. She began managing his house, livestock & dealing with his finances. Taylor told Wade that she was from an extremely wealthy family, despite the fact that she was working two part-time jobs; one at an OBGYN clinic, the other at a staffing agency. He asked little to no questions, feeling it was none of his business. Taylor told Wade that her grandmother created an account to put proceeds from the family’s gas & oil royalties & said that she had access to this money.
Taylor asked Wade to clear & fence a family property that she had access to, a job that Wade estimated would cost $50,000. She asked if he would hire his friend, Juan to help with the job. Juan received only one paycheck before Taylor claimed that her mother, who was the executor of the family’s account, shut down the job & forbade Taylor from spending the money. At this point, Wade began to pay Jose, who was a close friend, out of his own pocket because Juan had four children & had been desperately looking for work. In the meantime, after only a couple of weeks of dating, Taylor promised to give Wade the deed to 800 acres of land.
Around this same time, Wade came home & found baby gear on the counter & Taylor explained that they were having twins. Weeks later, Taylor used an app to pose as her father & texted Wade, informing him that there had been an accident & Taylor was struck in the stomach, hurting one of the babies. Soon, both babies that never even existed, were now gone.
While Wade remained charmed by Taylor, those around him began to notice concerning things. When they went out to dinner with his boss & his boss’ wife Angela, Angela noticed that Taylor’s over-the-top friendliness didn’t seem genuine. Connie, Wade’s mom, began to see through her charm as well. One issue that she found concerning was that Taylor didn’t have custody of her son.
Soon, Taylor began to refer to her family’s fortunes again & told Wade that she would soon be inheriting millions of dollars from her grandfather who owned some oil wells. During a holiday gathering, Taylor made an announcement & told the group that they were planning on purchasing a $4.7 million property on the Red River. Taylor offered $3.5 million & put down a $200,000 down payment. Taylor had told Wade that she had $6 million & she wanted to purchase the land & make money off of it.
Taylor reached out to a real estate agent in early December about the property & presented herself as the heiress to the Blackburn syrup fortune. She occasionally used her name hyphenated with Wade’s, despite the fact that they weren’t married. She made a huge show of her fortune in front of Wade’s family & told them they could utilize the property for duck hunting any time they’d like.
The real estate agent worked with Taylor for four months, trying to verify funds for the down payment, each time, the funding falling through. He had eventually received two separate checks from Taylor for $150,000 each but she quickly asked for them back. Wade himself also continued to receive official looking documents & at one point, he tried to cash a check for $8 million at his bank, when he was told that money in that amount was mostly transferred by wire. The real estate agent continued to pursue the sale because a commission of $1.5 million was on the line, but in late April 2020, Taylor texted him & informed him that the sale wouldn’t be happening.
Those that were fooled by Taylor’s lies expressed that she was an exceptionally convincing person. At one point, she purchased a Nissan Altima Platinum car for Wade as a surprise since it was exactly what he’d wanted. A few weeks later, she told him the brake pedal had been recalled & he never saw the car again. Two or three weeks later, Connie called the dealership & confirmed her suspicions that the car had been repossessed, not recalled.
The lies continued; Taylor convinced Wade’s dad that she would replace his barn that had burned down, though like everything else, this fell through. Wade & Taylor continued to spend money they didn’t have, purchasing an ATV worth $29,000, a truck for $92,000 & cattle for a ranch that wouldn’t exist for $21,000. By January of 2020, Wade was up to his eyeballs in debt & the relationship was beginning to crumble. One month later, she told Wade she was pregnant. Despite the mounting bills & a supposed baby on the way, Taylor continued to convince Wade that money would be coming in soon & they made another purchase, this time a $63,000 tractor. Soon, the tractor was repossessed & the cashier’s check was found to be fake.
Despite the fact that Taylor couldn’t physically conceive a baby, her phony pregnancy became her latest obsession. She needed to make the story into reality in order to keep Wade in her life. It isn’t clear what her initial plan was when she concocted the story & how she intended to produce a baby at the end of the nine months. Had the timing of Reagan’s contact about the pregnancy photo shoot only been a convenient coincidence or had she targeted her?
Taylor’s ex-husband, Tommy heard whispers that Taylor was claiming to be pregnant as early as January 2020. Since they were still married in 2015 when she’d had the hysterectomy, he knew this wasn’t possible. He reached out to Wade using an anonymous phone number in early 2020, warning him that Taylor could not be pregnant. Wade was convinced these texts were coming from Taylor’s mom, who she described as evil & vindictive.
Taylor would come home from her doctor’s visits with paperwork showing that her lab work looked good. Wade knew little about pregnancy but had questioned his mom why Taylor wasn’t showing & wondered if it was because she’d had a tummy tuck. Connie assured him that this was not possible & eventually questioned Taylor as to why she wasn’t gaining weight or showing. She’d purchased a crib on Facebook marketplace & baby bedding online. In March, friends of the couple hosted a gender reveal party & announced that they were having a baby girl. Photos were posted on Facebook & she continued to post pregnancy updates online. Taylor & Wade discussed potential names & settled on Clancy Gail.

As Wade stuck by Taylor’s side through friends doubting her authenticity & intent, friendships began to crumble around him. Taylor seemed to grow a large baby bump, seemingly overnight; in order to continue the ruse, Taylor ordered a fake, silicone baby belly from fakeababy.com, along with false custom ultrasound photos with the gestation, sex of the baby & physician name. Wade indicated he never saw any evidence of packaging for a false belly & insisted that there was no arguing with Taylor about anything because she always won. Each morning, Wade would hear Taylor vomiting in the bathroom because of her morning sickness. She was so convincing that friends even claimed to have felt the baby move. Wade however, never did.

Because her pregnancy was taking place during the COVID pandemic, no one was able to attend appointments with Taylor, making the lie easier. Taylor claimed that her due date was on September 17. Starting on September 14, Taylor began making online searches about where pregnant women could be found; maternity consignment shops, OBGYN clinics. She made appointments at these clinics which she attended & was seen inside & outside. While in the parking lot, she would search up the Texas license plate numbers online.
In September of 2020, Tommy, knowing that it was absolutely not possible that his ex-wife was pregnant, texted Wade on September 11: “It’s funny how Taylor is pregnant but every hospital with a 60 mile radius is watching for her because they’re scared she’s gonna come in & steal a baby because there’s no possible way she’s pregnant & they all know that because they got all the hospital records.” On September 16th, he texted: “I’m reaching out to you because I feel like it’s the ethical thing to do. In 2015, Taylor had a hysterectomy. She isn’t pregnant. She can’t get pregnant! She’s a con artist & is lying to keep you around. I’m sure you haven’t been to one Dr. appointment with her, for whatever reason.”
He explained that the sonogram that she’d been sharing was from when she was pregnant with their daughter. As her fabricated due date neared, Tommy told Wade to be careful because she’d lied so much & for so long that she couldn’t get out & he worried about how far she’d go with it.
On September 20, Taylor went to an OBGYN clinic in Paris, Texas, an hour away from where she lived, for a new patient appointment. The receptionist found Taylor crying in the waiting room. She told the receptionist that her husband had been killed while in the military & her mom was supposed to come to the appointment but couldn’t make it. She asked if she could reschedule her appointment. She’d caused such a scene that even the doctor had to come out to comfort her. To make her feel better, he offered to do a sonogram so she could see her baby & said they would also reschedule her appointment. Taylor turned down the offer which surprised the staff since most expecting mothers cherish the ability to see their unborn babies. They rescheduled the appointment for the next day.
Medical professionals that were clued into what was going on assumed that Taylor would fake a miscarriage as her due date arrived. On September 28, Reagan sent Taylor a Snapchat message, wishing her good luck on her upcoming delivery but Taylor never responded. Eight days before Reagan was murdered, Taylor searched Facebook groups for teenage pregnancies in Texarkansas & attended one of the meetings. She also searched what the average weight of a 29 week old fetus as well as private adoptions & how to become a midwife. One month before the murder she watched videos about vaginal births, C-sections & how to inspect a placenta.
Two days before the murder, Taylor searched Reagan’s previous & current addresses, her OBGYN & wedding photos of Reagan & her husband & then sent a one word message: “Reagan?” The number no longer belonged to Reagan. On the morning of the murder, she searched how to perform a 35-week vaginal delivery which was approximately how far along Reagan was when she died. She also looked up how to perform a physical exam on a newborn infant.
Connie Griffin spoke to Wade about the things she’d heard about Taylor not actually being pregnant. At one point, she spoke to Wade after being contacted by Tommy & Wade refused to speak with her for four months. Wade & Taylor argued about the situation & Taylor told him to just wait & see because a baby was coming & he would see that she wasn’t lying. Connie realized that she wasn’t getting through to her son so she felt she could only wait for the deception to play out. Taylor had always maintained that her due date was on September 19, but September came & went & no baby arrived. At the beginning of October, Wade took family medical leave; by this time, Taylor would have been weeks past her due date.
Four days before the murder, Connie tried one last time to convince Wade to dump Taylor & move on with his life. It was the supposed day of Taylor’s induction & a suspicious fire started at Wade’s house that knocked out the power & plumbing. Taylor & Wade went to Connie’s to shower & when they arrived, Taylor told Connie that a bomb threat had been called into the hospital so her induction was canceled.
On the day of Reagan’s murder, Connie went to Wade’s house & saw a baby bouncer in the living room & a crib in the bedroom that held baby supplies & a large pink bow. Only hours later, Connie learned of Reagan’s brutal murder. Connie was shocked & always assumed that Taylor would just fake a miscarriage.
When Wade arrived at the hospital on October 9 at lunchtime, three police officers approached him & he was immediately handcuffed & when he was taken to the station, he was told that his girlfriend had been accused of brutally murdering Reagan & stealing her unborn baby. He was told that she hadn’t been pregnant & the baby she’d been found with didn’t belong to her.
Cell phone analysis showed that not only had Taylor gone to the area of Reagan’s house on the day of the murder but also the day before, likely as a “trial run.” She’d been in the area of the home between the hours of 6:31 & 7:56 am both days. The day before the murder, Taylor purchased a Talkatone phone number & contacted Reagan with this number on the day of the murder. She visited Reagan the night before the murder & gave her a Starbucks gift card to congratulate her on her pregnancy & left just before 10 pm. Cell phone data showed she went home, but it’s likely that she never went to bed that night. Data connections were made from Taylor’s phone throughout the night; she’d made five calls to McCurtain County Hospital in Idabel. At 4:28 am, she watched YouTube videos on C-sections & births at 35 weeks. She left her house at 5:26 am, ran some errands & headed to Reagan’s house where she arrived in the area at 7:22 am. Reagan was killed between 7:52 am & 9:14 am. At 9:14 am, Taylor’s burner phone, primary phone & Reagan’s phone moved away from the scene of the crime. Reagan’s phone has never been recovered. Last activity on her phone was a text response to Taylor’s phone at 7:52 am, just minutes before Taylor walked into her home for what Reagan would have believed was a friendly visit. Reagan had been getting ready to leave for work when Taylor arrived.
A trustee at the jail testified that Taylor told her that she’d originally tried to use a knife from Reagan’s house to cut the baby out, but it wasn’t working the way she wanted it to so she went to her car & retrieved a scalpel. She allegedly said that she placed the baby against Reagan’s cheek & told the baby, “Tell Momma bye.” She left the house to go to the hospital so she could obtain a record of birth but as she was driving, she noticed that the baby stopped breathing. When she was pulled over, she tucked the umbilical cord into her pants so it appeared that she’d given birth.
After three weeks of testimony & an hour of deliberation, on Monday, October 3, 2022, 29-year-old Taylor was convicted of kidnapping & capital murder. Taylor’s attorneys argued that Braxlynn was never alive & tried to dismiss the kidnapping charge which would have lowered the conviction to murder vs. capital murder. After several medical professionals testified that the baby did have a heartbeat. On Wednesday, November 9, 2022, a Texas jury sentenced Taylor to death.

During the trial, Wade Griffin took the stand for more than five hours & all the red flags that he should have seen were listed while he acknowledged each & every one. He was not charged in connection with the murder or kidnapping.
During a statement to the court, Reagan’s mom, Jessica, referred to Taylor as an evil piece of flesh demon. “My baby was still alive & fighting for her babies when you tore her open & ripped her baby from her stomach.”

Reagan left this world as she tried to fight to save the lives of her two daughters
